Mont Choisy has expanded its activities over the years. The Company has continued its diversification strategy through initiating in 2010 an ambitious property development programme in the Mont Choisy region. The programme features a luxury residential development under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS), the Mont Choisy Park, leisure activities including the only championship golf course in the North of the island and a shopping mall.

The Mont Choisy Group continues to develop while preserving its outstanding natural heritage and creating value for its employees as well as communities in which it operates. It is a key economic player and a major FDI contributor to Mauritius through its IRS development.
