Mont Choisy houses a reserve full of deer roaming freely, as well as a small farm that is home to flocks of chickens and ducks, many of which are raised free-range.
The nursery produces a number of endemic and exotic species over more than 10 hectares, supplies plants to the Mont Choisy Le Golf arboretum and to Mont Choisy Le Parc, and also sells plants to the public.
