Among the recent leisure improvement projects undertaken by the Group, we find the rehabilitation of a football pitch and the setting up of a jogging track in Poudre d’Or. A volleyball court in Piton has also been rehabilitated, and two new children’s playgrounds have been created in Mapou and Grand Gaube. Additionally, the Group distributed kits to all athletes who took part a couple of year ago in the “Jeux du Nord”, a multisport event hosted by the District Council of Rivière du Rempart.
With regards to education and health, Mont Choisy Group has organised improvement works at nearby schools and community centres, and donated school supplies to children in need, in collaboration with NGOs. The Group also sponsored a Health & Wellness Day at Friendship College in Goodlands, among others.
